That's why all orders will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. We offer free shipping on all orders in the US. Currently we are unable to ship internationally but this may be subject to change.
We take great pride in our product and in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Before shipping, each wallet is carefully examined inside and out then a thank you card is placed over each wallet to show our gratitude and stamp of approval that your new every day carry will arrive free of defects.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.

If for any reason we missed something and your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to replace your item or issue a refund.
Lifetime Warranty
At The Pocket Shield we pride ourselves in quality and so it only makes sense that we do right by our customers. So we're offering a lifetime warranty on your Pocket Shield. If at anytime the elastic bands lose their elasticity, the microfiber begins to separate, or your airtag is no longer secure, get in touch and we will take care of you. Warranty is limited to the color of the original order, warranty does not apply to screws for Airtag being lost and customer unable to secure Airtag. Extra screws are provided so please save these!!
