  • Is shipping included?
    Yes! Standard 3-5 day shipping is on us. Please allow 2 business days for your order to ship prior to tracking your order.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. This may be subject to changes in the future.
  • Does the wallet come with the AirTag?
    Our wallets do not come with the AirTag.
  • Is the wallet compatible with other tracking devices?
    The track lock is designed specifically for AirTags. Diameter: Approximately 31.9 mm Height: Approximately 8.0 mm If you have a similar tracker it may fit but please double check before ordering.
  • What is the refund/exchange policy?
    All orders are eligible for a full refund or exchange in the first 30 days. Once we receive the order and confirm it has not been damaged you may request either. We double check every order and leave a thank you card to show our appreciation and so that you know we will never send you something damaged or defected.
